Irish Tricolour Porridge

Oats porridge is probably the most typical breakfast dish in Ireland and as today it is St. Patrick’s Day, Irish National Day, I decided to celebrate it with a special edition of porridge inspired by the Irish tricolour flag: orange (flower pollen to strengthen immunity), white (oats to fight heart disease or diabetes) and green (spirulina to boost your intake of protein, beta-carotene and iron).
