Why “real & honest” label for an almond milk? Next time you are in a supermarket, please pay attention at the ingredient list and you will be surprised to discover things you would not include in your food preparation. In addition, almond milk is so easy and fun to prepare that next time you will buy it from the supermarket will be when you will be super short of time. All you need is a nut milk bag. I use this one made of natural hemp fiber, but you can always improvise with any tight cloth that you don’t mind sacrificing.

Before drinking the almond milk shake well the bottle. You can play around with it and try any combination of super foods in your cabinet. The ginger-dates-cardamon add-ons are bringing a lot of music to the bland canvas of the almond milk. Enjoy!
