Raw Protein Balls

- For the juice:
- 4 apples
- 2 beetroots
- half a celery root
- ...................................................................................................
- For the balls:
- 250 gr of almond flour (ground almonds)
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons of honey/agave syrup
- ...................................................................................................
- For the coating:
- bee pollen
- cocoa nibs
- roughly ground dried orange skin
- poppy seeds
- carob powder
- roughly chopped hazelnuts or walnuts, gently roasted in a pan
Instructions

Cold-press/juice the apple, beetroot and celery (you can substitute the fruit and vegetables with any season fruit and root vegetables)

Set the juice aside for your breakfast or morning break (drink your juice in between meals only, never with meals)

Place the remaining fruit&vegetable fiber in a bowl

Add the almond flour and mix well

Melt the coconut oil

Add the cocnut oil and the honey to the bowl and give all the ingredients a good massage

Shape small piece of the raw batter into balls and roll them through one of the coating options you have at hand: pollen, cocoa nibs, poppy seeds etc

Place the balls in sealable jars and store in the fridge
