


This is a heart, body and soul warming soup for cold evenings. Above all it will contribute to a more alkaline environment in your body.
Alkaline Miso Soup

- 1/2 l of water
- 2 tea spoons of miso
- 2-3 leaves of kale (no stems)
- 4 fresh/dried shitake mushrooms (soak the dried mushrooms for 5 mins in boiling water) or champignon (aka common mushroom), chopped
- 2-3 chopped dried see weeds
- a boiled egg diced
- Optional: tofu dies, chopped scallions, a pinch of coriander

									Put the water to boil into a small pot

									Add 2 tea spoons of miso and stirr well until the miso dissolves

									Cut the kale leaves in stripes and add them to the pot

									Cut the mushroom into mid-size dices and add them to the soup

									Add the rest of the ingredients (the see weed & egg) and leave the soup simmer over a small fire for 3-4 minutes

		Serve with chopped coriander leaves
