Raw Porridge with Figs & Banana

Ingredients

  • 100 g buckwheat
  • 10 ml almond/coconut/rice milk
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (agave syrup/honey)
  • 1 fresh fig
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

The night before wash the buckwheat and leave it to soak in loads of water at room temperature

Next morning, rinse well the grains and blend them with the milk til you get a creamy texture

Add the fig, the banana and the sweetener and blend again

Serve in dessert jars and sprinkle on top the poppy seeds

Notes

You can use any season fruit, a spoonful of almond/hazelnut butter, any of your superfoods (raw cocoa, maca etc), hydrated and dried seeds and nuts
