Healthy Chocolate & Orange Fondant

- 100 gr buckwheat flakes
- 20 ml almond milk
- 200 gr dark chocolate for baking
- 60 gr hazelnuts (or any nut) cooking cream
- 80 gr raw sugar/sweetener
- the peel of half organic orange, finely grated
- a pinch of salt
Instructions

Mix the buckwheat flakes with the almond milk and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or leave it overnight

Preheat the oven at 180C

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (a smaller pot immersed in a larger cooking pot with boiling water)

Once the chocolate is melted, add the hazelnut cream the raw sugar, the pinch of salt, the orange grated peel and the buckwheat-milk mix from the fridge

Pour everything in a cake mold covered with baking paper

Bake it for 30 minutes. You'll know it is ready when you insert a toothpick and it comes out dried
