Living Passion Fruit Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 250 g of passion fruit (maracuja or fruit of your choice) pulp
  • 250 g of pitted Medjoul dates

Instructions

If you use frozen fruit pulp, leave it out of the freezer for few hours or defrost it by submerging the packaging in hot water

If your dates are very dry, you can hydrate them in hot water for about 20 minutes

Place the fruit pulp in a container with the Medjoul dates and process them into a fine paste with the help of a good hand blender or a food processor

Your living marmalade is ready. Pour into a sterilized jar and preserve it in the fridge

Serve spread on toast or as a topping on your favourite yogurt/chia pudding/porridge
