This bread recipe is extremely easy to make and you cannot go bad. It is a seeds bread with no flour, yeast or egg. In addition you can always use your imagination and enrich it with different spices, cocoa nibs or in powder as well as dried fruits. The coconut oil will give it a touch of vegetable grease and will boost its taste. Goes well as a fancy bread with your Sunday brunch or tapas.
No Flour Bread

- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g ground linen seeds
- 50 g almonds (roughly chopped)
- 100 g oat flakes
- 4 tablespoons of psyllium
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
- 350 ml of water
- Optional: you can enrich your bread with dried fruits, spices or cocoa
Instructions
Mix the sunflower seeds with the ground linen, the almonds, the oats, the psyllium and the salt
Melt on a soft fire flame the coconut oil
Add to the melted coconut the syrup and 350 ml of water stirring well
Pour the above on the seeds and mix well til all becomes thick
Move the mix in a bread mold covered with a baking paper
Let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature
Preheat the oven at +175C and bake the bread for 20 minutes
Remove the bread from the mold and continue baking it upside down on the oven rack 40 more minutes
Take out the bread from the oven and leave it cool down
Store the bread in a Tupperware in your fridge. It maintains well for at least 5 days.
