Raw Carrot & Avocado Gazpacho

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 carrots
- 1 tomato
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 400 ml of water
Instructions

Cut the avocado in two parts with a knife, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh with a spoon

Cut the carrots and the tomato in large pieces

Peel the garlic clove and cut it in 3-4 small pieces

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix for a minute or two until you get a smooth texture
5
Serve with sprouts or with any seeds you have
