Mint & Thyme Infusion

To warm up your spirit during the cold autumn & winter days try this easy two ingredient herbal tea: few thyme shoots and one or two stems of fresh mint. Pour boiling water and let 5-10 minutes to infuse. In the meanwhile enjoy the show in the jar. The thyme (Thymus vulgaris) is full of antioxidants, soothes coughs, relives indigestion and provides essential minerals such as iron.
