An author tapas I created this afternoon: base of rustic bread, avocado flesh with a drizzle of turmeric (also known as curcuma), a line of extra virgin olive oil and some sweet zig-zags of Catalan thyme honey. The tapa is pointed at its extremity by 2 rivets: small Spanish olives that give the creation the pinch of saltiness while the soft avocado texture blends well with the olive oil and the honey.
