Raw Tahini & Coffee Cups

Ingredients

  • The Tahini Cups:
  • 80 g tahini
  • 80 ml melted coconut oil
  • ..............................
  • The Coffee Filling
  • 175 g pitted (medjoul) dates
  • half a cup of feshly brewed coffee
  • a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

To make the cups mix all the ingredients with a hand blender until smooth

Pour half of the mix into 6 cupcake paper cups. and place into the fridge/freezer for 20 minutes to harden the mix

Reserve for later the remaining tahini-coconut oil mix

To make the filling put all the ingredients into the food processor and process until smooth

To assemble place a teaspoon of the filling in each tahini cup and cover with the remaining tahini mixture

Return the cupcakes back in the fridge/freezer for about half an hour or until solid

Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy with moderation
